We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or appears fraudulent.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use EthioHomes to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

Payments and Fees

EthioHomes may charge fees for certain services:

• Premium listing placements and featured properties
• Agent subscription plans
• Additional promotional services

All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

The EthioHomes platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by EthioHomes and protected by copyright laws.

By posting content (listings, photos, descriptions), you grant EthioHomes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitations

EthioHomes provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy of property listings
• Verify the identity or credibility of users
• Act as a real estate broker or agent
• Participate in property transactions
• Guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Users are responsible for verifying property information and conducting their own due diligence before any transaction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EthioHomes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors or omissions in property listings
• Disputes between users
• Any third-party conduct or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EthioHomes harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the platform or other users
• Non-payment of fees

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Changes to Terms
